This website is operated by INDESA — Institute of Advanced Densitometry ("INDESA", "we"), headquartered in Medellín (El Poblado), Colombia, with a location in Miami (Coral Gables), Florida, USA.

2. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, as well as the request and provision of the clinical services offered by INDESA. Accessing the site or requesting a service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the site or contracting our services.
3. Nature of the information
The information published on this site is general and informational and does not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment recommendation, nor does it replace consultation with a healthcare professional.
DEXA densitometry, body composition and symmetry analysis studies are interpreted with the support of artificial intelligence and reviewed and signed by a specialist physician. The final clinical decision is always the responsibility of a human professional.
4. Service requests and scheduling
Submitting a request through the contact form does not constitute appointment confirmation. INDESA will confirm availability, conditions, prices and preparation requirements through the contact channels you provide.
Prices, promotions and delivery times may vary and will be communicated in advance and expressly before the service is provided.
5. Consumer rights
You have the right to receive clear, truthful, sufficient and timely information about the services, their prices and their conditions. Consumer relationships for the Medellín location are governed by Colombian Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011); services in Miami are subject to applicable Florida and US law.
Any claim regarding the quality or suitability of the service may be submitted through the support channels indicated on this site and will be handled within the terms and timeframes provided by applicable law.
6. Permitted use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to engage in activities that may damage, overload or impair the site or prevent its normal use by other users.
The use of automated means to extract data, as well as any attempt at unauthorized access to INDESA systems, is prohibited.
7. Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, texts, designs, AI models and other content of the site are the property of INDESA or its partners (including the MED-IA.IO platform by TRIBUCORP) and are protected by intellectual property law.
No license to use such content is granted except with prior, express written authorization.
8. Limitation of liability
INDESA shall not be liable for damages arising from the improper use of the site information, nor for interruptions, errors or technical unavailability beyond its reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INDESA liability shall be limited to the value of the service actually contracted.

The site may integrate third-party services (for example, messaging or email providers). INDESA does not control or take responsibility for the policies of such third parties, whose use is governed by their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia for the Medellín location and by the laws of the State of Florida (USA) for the Miami location, as applicable to the service relationship.
